26 years. I've been lucky (or in some cases unlucky?) enough to have lived so many different, brief lives in so many different places all over the world. They've all been fast and exhausting but I wouldn't trade these grey hairs, tired eyes and faded tattoos for a life any less rugged. Still looking for more of those brief moments amongst those new things and new people where I find that sense of belonging. That feeling of home. It's where the heart is, and I guess it will always be a fleeting feeling as long as you're moving too fast for the pieces of your heart to settle anywhere. Still nowhere to go but everywhere, and I still don't know how to say goodbye. 26 years.

Weather any storm
After spending the past 3 or 4 years essentially homeless or on the road, I'm going to be moving into a room in a couple weeks. I'm even going to have my own door to the room. I'm excited about that. If I could sum up the polar opposite highs and lows of a couple years of life on the road, it would be that some days are incredibly beautiful, and other days you want nothing more than to scream and cry your everything into just about anyone's arms (Except there are never any arms). Most days I just bury myself in work and don't think about a thing. I think the best days in life are the days you don't have to worry about life at all. But its all par for the course I suppose.
